Narrative Loft Guest Blog

Watching the sunrise on a rooftop in Santa Barbara.  Breakfast at Breakfast Culture Club, the hottest new joint in town.  A party at a super cool loft space with your closest friends and family by your side and you have a recipe for one of the best days ever.  Even better, you get to marry the love of your life. Congratulations Jake and Alex, you sure did it right!  From sun up to sun down this celebration of love was the picture of perfection.

Florals from Ella & Louie were divine, just take a look at the brides’ flower crown.  The Tent Merchant made the day with their full-service set up, from the glassware and china to the tables and linen!  Pure Joy Catering delivered a mouthwatering menu with surprise treats throughout the evening.  Live band, Zephan and The Tribe, created mood music through the night with their remixes of classics from greats like Fleetwood Mac and Norah Jones.  A stellar dessert spread from Lilac Patisserie consisted of a red velvet, coconut cream, and carrot cake to satisfy every sweet tooth on the guest list.  Husband and wife photography team James & Jess captured every moment of this big day and we want to thank them for letting us use some of the photos you see below.
