El Zapato’s story is as rich and colorful as the streets of Santa Barbara itself. Whenever Jeff Shelton takes on a project, he creates a unique tile at the owner’s request. In the case of El Zapato, the owner, Carla, requested a Maine lobster recognizing her home state. This love of Maine is shown throughout the property with touches of whimsical lobsters and and lighthouse decor.

Panoramic rooftop views of Santa Barbara, and a private courtyard located in the heart of downtown make this an ideal venue for private parties and exclusivity to celebrate in your own style.
