Famous and Remarkable 1890’s Historic Barn
The original Gainey Historic Barn was built in the 1890’s and was used for the movies Of Mice & Men, Sea Biscuit and numerous print and commercial shoots along with many other promotions. Once you see the picturesque views, barn and surrounding Oak Trees you’ll see why it’s been so popular among TV and movie producers alike.
The hours are quite flexible at the Homestead. Rentals and set up can be brought in the day prior for a smooth event. Set up and events can continue until the 10:00 pm curfew.
The space is large, vast and completely open which allows for any vision to have the ability to come to fruition. All lighting and generators do need to be brought in. Our preferred vendor, Pure Joy Catering can take care of lighting, rentals, generators, food and more.
