The Lobster Studios on the first floor will be decorated with 1950s Paint by Number artwork and Turquoise Penthouse and hallways are adorned with the paintings of artist Howard Lamar. This is the perfect house to rent for families to stay at during their destination wedding. A perfect house for a magical reception or party and for lounging around the courtyard.

The front of the El Zapato building is covered with lobsters – consider serving Maine lobsters!!!
