For weddings and events, guests are welcome to use the downstairs of the home, including the kitchen, formal dining room, entertainment room, three bedrooms, and five bathrooms. Use of the bedrooms allows for the Bride and her bride’s maids to get ready in total privacy, As the Groom and his groom’s men prepare in a separate but equally private room. The third bedroom and remaining areas are often used as comfortable lounge seating for guests. These additional rooms may also be rearranged for a small fee depending on what is required for the event.
Outside, guests are welcome to use the lush gardens, courtyards, and pool area of the estate, this allows many different options for your design. World-class elegance combined with a very peaceful and relaxed vibe make this a quintessentially “Santa Barbara” wedding location. The courtyard makes a perfect site for reception and cocktail hour.
