Flora Galora at the Historical
This wedding season you’re going to notice a variety of floral and other organic elements mixed in together for a stunningly natural and organic look. Brides are choosing loose and lovely elements such as feathers, agate, birch bark and more to pair with their chosen flowers.
We fell in love with this particular wedding decor and just had to share.
The pairing of pastel colored floral with the copper table drapes and accents are stunning. Oak & the Owl used a variety of flowers including Garden Roses, Spray Roses, Bridal Protea, Ranunculus, Pieris, Dusty Miller, Eucalyptus and Olive. Hops & vines were used to run across the sweetheart table and the trellis to add a stylistic element without being over the top and it really brings it all together. They incorporated some sort of floral or organic element in almost everything; including their table chart! We love the beautifully hand-drawn art and it even ties in with the rest of the decor pieces. Birch bark and moss were lightly sprayed gold and strewn across the tables for a fabulous finishing touch.
It was another fun and inspiring wedding at the Santa Barbara Historical for us at Pure Joy Catering. This is one of our favorite venues; it’s history and beauty is unlike any other and it’s conveniently located downtown. We work with many florists, linen companies and rental companies in town and can connect you with the best. Give us a call and we’re happy to help.
