For a public park, Manning provides an extremely private environment and a wonderful wedding location. Its very easy to close off the entrance to the public, and the deep areas of the park are far from any public streets. Really a hidden jewel of a park in the upper Montecito Area with a total of 6 areas available for any size wedding or party. Really cozy for an outdoor event location, and great for quiet daytime events.
