Great location. Butterfly beach is literally one minute away from the house. The landscape itself on the house is very modern and adds a great taste to Montecito, CA

This estate is place on a very well known city of Montecito, CA. People from all over the world would most likely love this house. It has a great architecture shape to it along with the size and color. It has a gorgeous backyard with many trees protecting the yard for a private party. The location couldn't get better. The beach is just a 1minute walk away and is gorgeous. I rate 4.5/5
