If you're considering a wedding location on the beach, this Malibu estate is a must. The Adamson House Loggia sits on one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern California, about an hour down the coast from Santa Barbara. A truly classic Malibu home, it was built in 1930 for Rhoda Rindge Adamson and her husband, Merritt Huntley Adamson. Fantastic view of the ocean make the beach-side grass lawn a perfect location for a wedding ceremony, wedding reception, or cocktail hour. Notice the Persian-style 'rug' complete with fringed ends designed into the tiles by William Handly of the Malibu Potteries. It's hard to compete with the wedding photos that this venue produces, especially when the sun sets on the ocean during the reception.

Hi,
I would like to know if this location is available to rent out for a new years eve event I would like to throw for my family and friends. There will be 250 people attending. Also it is important that it doesn't have a noise ordinance and also a time frame.
