Acacia Mansion
Nestled in the center of the Ojai Valley, this wedding venue neighbors southern Santa Barbara, on what used to be hundreds of acres of orange groves. Now it is a beautiful walled Ojai Estate, and makes a fabulous location for wedding receptions as well as wedding ceremonies.
During the town’s earliest days, many came to learn the teachings of 'Krishnamurti' of the Krotona Institute. One wealthy follower, a widow named Madeleine Baird, built her dream home there. Madeleine brought many artisans from Europe to create a jaw dropping two-story entryway with alabaster floors and stained glass windows. Many of the ceilings are hand painted and the sweeping iron staircase is a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos and an elegant indoor setting for any formal party.

Acacia Mansion is a unique property in the Ojai are, because you can use the indoor rooms for your event. They've been beautifully decorated to evoke the authentic Art Deco flavor of this historic venue. The combination of the barn/saloon, wedding ceremony garden and flagstone patio with fireplace gives your event a wonderful variety. I have been to so many different kinds of parties here, and it's always a wonderful experience.
